Certified Marjoram Essential Oil

Uses: Dilute 1-2 drops and apply to the back of the neck to lessen tension and stress.
Diffuse before going to bed for a better night’s sleep or add to a cotton ball and place near your pillow.
Replace Marjoram essential oil in your next recipe that calls for dried Marjoram. Usually 1 drop of oil is equivalent to 2 tsp. of dried herbs.
Diffuse to promote healthy respiratory function.
Massage 1-2 drops over the area or into the reflex points of the feet 1-2 times a day to help cardiovascular support within the body. Bath & Shower- Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into shower steam before getting in for an at-home spa experience.
Massage- 8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin, or joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
Inhalation- Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent.
