- Diffuse Valiance in the morning to encourage balance with its uplifting scent.
- Dilute with Oh that Glow Fractionated Coconut Oil and massage bottom of feet or back of your neck
- Refresh throughout the day by directly inhaling.

How to use:
Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution required. Use as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
