Uses:  Used by the Egyptians for promoting beautiful and radiant skin, geranium oil is now used to treat acne, reduce inflammation, alleviate anxiety and balance hormones. This sweet-smelling oil can also uplift your mood, lessen fatigue and promote emotional wellness.

Heart and Soul body Spray: 1/3 Cup water, 2 tablespoons Witch Hazel, 10 drops Geranium essential oil. Mix in 4 oz glass spray bottle.
Spring diffuser blend: 1 drop Geranium, 2 drops Lemon, 1 drop Grapefruit essential oils.
Relaxing detox bath: Mix 10 drops each Geranium, Lavender, and Cedarwood essential oils into 2 cups Epsom Salt. Pour under hot running water. Make sure salt dissolves entirely. Soak for 15-30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONS
Oil Specific:  Geranium oil should not be applied directly to your skin as a massage oil. It should first be diluted with a carrier oil like jojoba oil, olive oil or sweet almond oils. Geranium oil is relatively safe and works as a relaxant and stimulant for the brain. However, those with skin sensitivities may experience certain side effects.
Pregnant and nursing women should exercise caution when using geranium oil and other essential oils, as there is currently a lack of research regarding the safety of geranium oil in pregnant women.Geranium oil should not be used on babies and young children due to the delicate nature of their skin. Parents are also warned to be careful in the administration of the essential oil near the nose of children.
